The Dayco 6PK2185 is a six-rib serpentine belt with an effective length of 2184.91 mm and a width of 20.83 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true.
Check each sheave for wear, debris, or a polished groove pattern. Confirm rib profiles are clean and that no accessory pulley binds or wobbles. A worn or misaligned sheave can shorten belt life no matter how good the replacement is.
Verify the routing path and that the tensioner moves freely through its range. With the old belt removed, compare its rib count and marking to the Dayco 6PK2185: six ribs, 20.83 mm width, 2184.91 mm effective length. Any mismatch means you have the wrong belt.
If the drive passes inspection, install the Dayco 6PK2185 and recheck alignment and tension. Send us the part number or the marking from the back of the old belt for a quote.
