Description
DAYCO 5040940 belongs to poly-V belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 5040940 and any equivalents.
This Dayco 5040940 is an automotive multi-rib (serpentine) belt with 4 ribs and a 13.72 mm width. Its effective length is 2389.89 mm. Those three figures are what you match against the belt on the drive.
Rib count sets the pulley grooves the belt sits in, and width tells you the belt will seat correctly across the ribs. The 2389.89 mm effective length is the running length, so compare it to the marking on the old belt before ordering.
The Dayco 5040940 is also listed under the alias 4PK2390. If you are replacing a worn serpentine belt, read the profile and length from the back of the belt and send them with your quote request.
MR Industrial Accessories LLC supplies this belt to maintenance, engineering and purchasing teams across the US, Canada, Mexico and South America. Send the part number by WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent.
