SNR Bearing housings

A UCP pillow block with an SNR insert bearing arrives as one foot-mounted assembly: a cast iron housing drilled for two base bolts, plus an insert bearing locked to the shaft with set screws. It carries rotating shafts where alignment stays simple and servicing stays quick, which is why units like this show up on conveyors, fans, mixers and farm equipment.

The EXP pillow block from SNR is a ready-to-mount unit that pairs a pillow block housing with an insert bearing, so a rotating shaft can be supported on a flat base. It suits equipment where a compact, self-aligning assembly is easier to install and service than a separate housing and bearing.

The SNR UCF is a 4-bolt flange mounted unit that carries an insert bearing and holds a transmission shaft against a flat surface. The flange bolts down, while the sealed, pre-lubricated insert does the rotating. It suits equipment where mounting needs to stay simple and solid, with the unit lined up directly on sheet metal or angle iron.
