In PHF TB1008X9MM, TB is the system, 1008 is the bushing size and the figure after the X is the shaft bore, here 9 millimeters. PHF TB1008X0.5 is the same bushing with an inch bore. The sheave or sprocket sets the size; the shaft sets the bore. The two are independent and you need both.
PHF F-1-1/2 is from a different system of flanged taper bushings, where a letter names the size and the rest is the bore in inches. PHF FX10-20X47 is a keyless locking device, identified by shaft diameter and hub bore. A part made for one system won't accept a bushing from another.
Tighten the screws a little at a time, alternating between them, up to the specified torque. The tapered surfaces go together clean and free of grease, because the grip comes from friction. Never hammer the bushing into place: impacts break the flange or crack the hub of the part.
To remove it, thread the same screws into the jacking holes so they push the bushing off the taper. If the part has spun on the shaft, inspect the key and the shaft before fitting a new bushing: on a worn shaft the bushing can't close evenly.
Send the full PHF part number and the quantity.
