BGL AH Series Withdrawal Sleeve

When a tapered bore bearing has to sit on a shouldered shaft and still come off cleanly at the next service, a BGL AH series withdrawal sleeve does the job. It slides onto the shaft against the shoulder and is driven into the bearing bore with a nut threaded on the shaft or an end cap. The external thread is what makes removal possible without harming the bearing. Standard supply is BGL nodular cast iron, with carbon steel available as an option.

BGL AH GG Withdrawal Sleeve

The BGL AH GG withdrawal sleeve is designed to secure tapered bore bearings onto shouldered shafts. It fits into the bearing bore and is held in place by a lock nut on the shaft or an end cap. The threaded design allows disassembly without harming the bearing. It is made of BGL nodular cast iron, with a carbon steel version available.

BGL AHX30/500 & AHX31/600 Withdrawal Sleeves

The BGL AHX line of withdrawal sleeves is designed to secure tapered bore bearings onto shouldered shafts. The sleeve is positioned against the shaft shoulder and pressed into the bearing bore using a nut threaded on the shaft or an end cover. Its external thread enables dismounting without damaging the bearing. Standard material is BGL nodular cast iron, with a carbon steel option available.
